Our largest Hobbit House, perfect for families. Sparrowhawk sleeps up to six people, with a comfortable king size bed complemented by a sofa bed and two luxury bunk beds.

Our Hobbit Houses are available year-round and require a minimum stay of 2 nights. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates, especially during school holidays.
What's Included
Note: We provide bedding for the king size bed and pillows for all beds, but you'll need to bring sleeping bags for children using the bunk beds.
