Remember a few weeks back we were on social media, bouncing around like excited puppies and we couldn’t tell you why? Well now we are ready to tell all! We had spent the weekend meeting the wonderful Isabel and Tom who will be joining us (all the way from Cornwall) for the 2018 season. We know they are going to fit right in at Greenhillock and make your stay even more special! They bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm and a passion for our environmental and education missions. We asked them to tell us what they were looking forward to about the job and this is what they said ….
“We are excited to be joining Greenhillock as the warden couple for the upcoming 2018 season. We can’t wait to start work at the campsite. We are excited to have been given the opportunity to be outdoors and working with people in beautiful Angus. We grew up in Cornwall together and attended the same school near the wild Bodmin Moor. It is here we found our love of the outdoors. Our hobbies include cycling, hiking, spoon carving and of course camping! We both have degrees, Tom chose to study Forestry whilst Isabel chose a degree in Environmental Science. We are excited by the possibility of using our degrees to help inspire younger generations (and older ones) to engage in nature and help Greenhillock to run as the glamping site you love. We look forward to meeting you all this summer!"

I can’t recommend Greenhillock Glamping highly enough, it exceeded all our expectations and as first timers at glamping, we are now well and truly hooked

Worth every penny. Was great to get away from the hustle of everyday life. We had a ball and enjoyed the quiet and learning about wildlife.
Our children ran off to play as soon as we arrived and apart from when they were hungry, they spent every waking minute exploring and playing independently
Lovely campsite with lovely hosts! We've been camping for nearly 10 years and this is now in our top 3! Will definitely be visiting again!
If the point of camping is to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you. Come and have an adventure, build a forest fortress, go on a mini beast hunt and find out what's lurking in our wildlife pond. Camp fires are positivley encouraged!
